Episode 151: WWDC Awaits

I'm proud of that one.

So yeah, basically we are now, what, like 18 hours out.

T-minus 18 hours on the lo- on the launch countdown for WWDC 2026.

And it seems like this year is actually gonna be a bigger year than I thought.

I thought, you know, given that we had Liquid Glass last year, that this year maybe there would be a little less on the software side and, and perhaps an iPhone.

What am I talking- Like an SE or an Apple TV.

Yeah.

Or a, you know, a little crumb.

Uh, an M5 Ultra perhaps.

That'd be nice.

No, I don't think we're getting a scrap of hardware, which is good 'cause I can't afford it anyway.

You know, iOS 26 introduced a lot of changes.

There are some inconsistencies with Liquid Glass and some other bugs and issues.

And so we were thinking that it would be, uh, kind of just mostly a stability fix for those things.

But it sounds like, in theory, we're getting some stability and we're also getting some new features, so it seems like it should be a pretty good year.

No, and it, and it seems like we're gonna get some tweaks to Liquid Glass.

We're gonna get, uh, finally that revamped Siri.
