Can you do it for 40 minutes? What about 40 hours? What about 40 days? What about 40 weeks? Where is that point? And I feel, dare I say, the same thing can be said at part two.

Could the same thing be said at part one, perhaps? And one of the things that really jumped to my mind there was you mentioned the transferable skills from the classroom element.

And it kind of got me thinking, do we feel there's transferable skills in a PDI skill set? Let's say someone's initially training to get that green badge.

Do you feel as transferable skills from part two? into part three because whilst they are different as in different parts this is one qualifying test isn't it

yeah yeah definitely yeah i've seen i've seen heard and felt a shift in the industry we now understand as as trainers that yeah it's it's one exam in three different parts so that all three parts are very very closely linked and i do strongly agree we We've got to continue expanding our theory knowledge, driving knowledge and teaching knowledge to get better and better.

And I think a lot of it, I mean, I know you've heard us speak before, Hardy, or you kind of believe the same stuff we believe in terms of PDI training, in that part two is kind of the glue that binds it all together.

I think it was one of Adam's old kind of training buddies from the Let's Drive days.

He first coined that term of it being the glue that kind of links part one into the practical, but then also links the practical into the, the teaching side in terms of part three and the instructional ability sort of thing.

It got me thinking about how faults within us at part two can then almost, and I want to use the term of PVI use the other day, can almost contaminate our teaching skills.

Hargill, do you have any thoughts about the standard of a part two drive and how that can link to part three and teaching that standard to other drivers?
