What have you seen that makes most people actually fail when it comes to sales communication as a whole? Like a lot of people screw up even just the first 30 seconds.

Well, I think when you get into sales or speaking, you're so concerned with what am I gonna say? And it's such a small part of communication because two people can say the same thing, get such a different response.

It's what you're looking for, understanding their needs and why people do what they do.

And it's little things in order to get them to a place of openness, to feel safe, to get to that deeper level conversation.

And I think initially just people are trying to get something from the communication.

You want to give them insights and really understand what does this person need from me as the communicator, the person of influence, and what do we move people towards? I remember I worked for Tony, started in 2005.
