You said you're gonna talk about the five, we'll call them the big causes, but you're saying there's actually more like 30.
Yes, there's 30 plus and differing causes when we're looking at a combination of deficiencies and toxicities.
So deficiencies are things that are not in the body that are supposed to be there.
So hormones like adrenals and thyroid and sex hormones, um, mitochondrial function, which is supposed to make 70% to 90% of our energy, vitamins, minerals, lifestyle habits, mindset.

So let's dive into what you're calling the five energy drainers, and maybe just outline-- So these are kind of the most common five, uh, root causes that need to be addressed.
So I call them the real root causes because, you know, people who are listening to this and all the people who come to see me, they spent a lot of time on a number of these 30 causes, um, or 30 plus causes, generally on the deficiencies.
So they've worked on replacing their hormones and their vitamins and their minerals, right? And they've done their lifestyle habits, and they're still not better.
And what I find is the reason why they have those deficiencies, or 80% of those deficiencies, is because they have what I call the toxic five.
... chemicalsmolds, infections, and nervous system dysfunction that builds up in the body over time.
And consequently, it damages the mitochondria, causes deficiencies in the hormones, causes deficiencies in vitamins and minerals, basically affects everything except for your lifestyle habits.
Um, but that's what I've found to be the real root cause and, and what-- and the hill that I'm gonna die on is that, you know, for people who address those toxic five, they always get better.
