This video is for you if you're one of those people who loves to explore your dreams and you want a more, a more defined process for how to explore and find meaning in them.

So, uh, in this video, I'm going to walk through the process of finding meaning in a couple of dreams that, uh, uh, showed up for me back to back.

And essentially, uh, the two main images are hairy feet and my ex-husband of, uh, I was married to him for 24 years, we've been divorced for 10 years, and he's still showing up in my dreams.

So, uh, I'm going to walk you through the process of how I explored these two dreams, and how it led to an insight about my relationship with wealth.

Plus, how I'm embracing, uh, my uniqueness in a new way, and this has led to an expansion of my business growth in a way that I didn't even do anything, it's just happening.

And so dreams, there's so much to say about dreams from a depth psychology perspective, but mainly, uh, what do I want to impress upon you is that your mind is resistant to change, and yet most of who you are is unknown to you, and there's just a treasure trove of new things to learn about yourself that are needed in order for you to continue evolving into a newer version of yourself.

So your mind will dismiss your dreams and say, "Oh, that doesn't mean anything," when...

It, it seeks to affirm and confirm what it already knows so it can stay stable.

But when you're seeking to grow on purpose, or if you've just had a dramatic unraveling like I did, and you actually have to grow, then you working with your dreams can give you clues about what's trying to unfold in you that your mind doesn't want you to know, if that makes sense.

So before I get to sharing, uh, how I process these dreams, and because they're really involved, I'm gonna be referring to my notes a lot, I'm going to just offer you these steps.

So I'll have a slide that shows these steps, and I have other videos that, uh, go through these steps, and I'll, um, take more time to do that so you can refer to those.
