Our Current Obsessions: From Pure Barre to Holiday Spreadsheets

My first one, and this might be one that you're going to say later on, I don't even know, is Caroline Chambers' new cookbook.

Oh, I love it.

I'm

really into it lately.

And I never used to really be that much of a cookbook person.

I just would pick a protein, a vegetable and just easy.

But now I've been finding myself wanting to kind of differentiate things for my son.

So he gets new flavors and different foods.

And just like it's something for me to look forward to and something different.

And so I've been really enjoying her cookbook because if anybody hasn't heard of her, she is a mom of four boys.

And she actually grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

And now she lives somewhere on the West Coast.

I want to say Carmel or something.

Yeah, somewhere out there.

And her recipes, at least in this new book, I know you have it too, are all easy, like 15, 30 minutes or walk away.

And that is what we need in our life.

It's good because then it pushes me to try different things, different flavors, different ingredients, which is good for taste buds, your body, all the things.

But I'm really enjoying that cookbook because I've made maybe four or five things so far and everybody has loved them so far.

Yeah, that's great.

I am making the triple tomato orzo this week, maybe even tonight.

And that was one.

That was the first one I did.

And it was a hit.

It makes so much, though, which you have more people to feed, so it'll be better.

But I have always had so many leftovers.
