You might put it down to your quality, your pricing or years of experience while a customer simply remembers seeing you somewhere and felt comfortable giving you a go.
Understanding that decision helps you shape your brand around the needs and wants of the customers that you've identified and maybe even the ones that you hadn't.
It also helps you recognize the situations where people need what you offer.
Because I cannot tell you how many times that I've chosen, let's say, Corona, the cerveza beer, when I'm at a bar or a bottle shop, a liquor store for those outside of Australia.
um when i am near the beach all because of the way that corona has been positioned for certain buying and consumption situations like by the beach i did a few weeks ago at my sister's wedding that was one of the reasons why this uh these episodes haven't been coming up coming out uh sooner we were by a beach and i bought a six pack of corona to have at the hotel looking out at the beach So to demonstrate this rather than my own little situation, I'm bringing back two of the fictional brands that I've developed for previous episodes and blog posts.

While Chapter Realty is competing locally with national franchise agencies from Century 21, Ray White and LJ Hooker.
Again, these are big nationally present franchises that are nearly found in every town throughout Australia, it feels like.
But different businesses and, of course, different buying decisions, but both of these can use, I think, these five steps to develop a better brand strategy by knowing their customer better.
