In the Room (Again) with Neal Inman, Speaker Hall's Chief of Staff

Yes, in a story that came out towards the end of last week after we had already recorded the podcast, there was kind of a bombshell article that resulted in more articles about Democratic candidate Shelley Heaton and some of her previous posts.

You know, on a LinkedIn post.

LinkedIn, by the way, is a professional social media site.

Maybe you are looking for a job.

Ms. Heaton decided that she would post earlier this year.

The damage Trump has done is getting close to surpassing Hilter.

But I think she meant Hitler.

In addition, I think his MAGA cult may be more destructive and evil than the Nazis.

I think one of the worst things she said, I think our only hope is an attack on U.S. soil, preferably Alabama, Louisiana, where the stupid people live.

That was on Facebook.

So she used all platforms.

House Democratic caucus said they will no longer support her.

Yeah.

And what that means, folks, is that she's not going to get any money.

So no mailers, none of that, I presume.

We'll track

that.

And this isn't a very competitive district.

Hugely competitive.

John Blust is the incumbent.

This is a seat that Dems should be competitive in and still may be, because we're going to hear from Neal Inman later in this podcast.

He's like, yeah, we got to tell people about this, which leads to the other part of the story is that...

Every Republican on social media, they're trying to tie this, of course, to the Democrats and, you know, silences consent and all of this stuff.

And Democrats are fighting back.

Well, you've got a Mark Robinson problem.
