Welcome to DNF Diaries.

Every other week, we bring you a wonderfully entertaining, low-stakes, absolutely no-shame story of a DNF in the ultramarathon, sub-ultra, FKT, or through-hike world.

For those that are not familiar, DNF stands for Definitely Not Finished.

Uh, and that's not actually what it means.

It means did not, no, definitely not finished.

Oh yeah.

It means did not finish.

Pretty close.

Yeah.

Well, the reason I said definitely not finished is because, um, Well, I spelled definitely wrong because who knows how to spell definitely? I never know if it's an E.

No, it's not right.

But anyways, I said that because we took a break from the podcast for the summer and we're going to talk about our little break here.

But like for those who were wondering, the podcast is definitely not finished.

We did not DNF the podcast.

We just were having busy summers and enjoying ourselves.

And it's not finished.
