Postulating that as you take a deep breath in, you're calling your energy back to you.

All those pieces of yourself you left out in the world today get to come home.

Part of the practice of meditation sometimes it's just being in the moment and what a healing that can be.

Letting go of anything you're thinking of in the past, maybe worrying about or Thinking about watching that float off as you exhale.

And one of the things that we like to do in our meditation practice is to Call our energy right behind our eyes.

And we can go there at any time during our day, especially if we start to feel overwhelmed.

And that can be way out in the world, could be the size of the planet, or it can be tucked in nicely right around you.

So this practice in our meditation, that space behind your eyes, you're just gonna call that energy, that boundary between you and the rest of the world, and bring it right in around you, wherever that feels comfortable.

Where does that satisfy you, creating that boundary where you begin and the rest of the world is? And things become more peaceful manageable.
