This is always a great way to begin because the breath, the breathing action only exists in present time.

It helps us come here into this moment, quieting our thoughts, are so capable of so many different thoughts in a split second.

Meditation is a great way to quiet the thoughts and give your very, very active brain analyzer a little break.

So with your next breath, you can say hello to your brain, the thinking part of you.

Let it know all it needs to do right now is just listen and be in the moment.

Whether it be from the things you did today or last week or as a little child.

As you breathe in, you know, And then you can put your attention on your body, the physicality of you, and let your body know it just gets to rest as you practice your meditation.
