Returning to the Present
Grounding can help bring scattered attention back.

Um, let's go ahead and take a moment, if you haven't already, to, to settle into your space and just observe your body in this moment.

And notice how your body is being supported, whether you're in a chair or on a couch or extra adventurous and you're on the floor.

And one of the beautiful things about that noticing is that it's a nice reminder to signal to your body that you are supported, and that it can relax.

On this next breath in, I'd invite you to bring in that relaxation into your body.

And as you invite that, that relaxation in, can also call back to yourself those little scattered bits of yourself that may still be hanging out in, [laughs] I like to say, in a, in a different time zone.

Um, if there's part of you that's thinking about what's next, say like if dinner's around the corner, [laughs] or there's part of you that's reliving a conversation from earlier today or, or over the weekend or whenever before, can invite yourself into this present time and into this present moment.

Of all the places, the infinite places you could be in the world, in the cosmos, here you are.
