Send a hello to your first chakra, located at the base of your spine, and see how much more connected you are to our planet since you first started to breathe and just relax.
And allow your energy to move on up to your second chakra located just below your navel and see it clear itself as you bring it up to gold.
Your energy is now moving up and flowing into your heart chakra, your fourth chakra, located in the center of your chest.
The fifth chakra is located in the base of your throat and it's your communication center with yourself and the world.
Next is the sixth chakra, otherwise known as your sanctuary, and it is located behind your eyes and between your ears.
Remember to breathe slowly in and out as you are letting go of energies that no longer serve you and are filling them with beautiful golden light.
Call any energy that is yours back from wherever it might be and let it gather in your sanctuary.
Look up above your head and you'll see an opening that leads up to your seventh chakra.
As you look around, what do you see? This beautiful platinum with gold flex light is everywhere and everything that surrounds you.
It is the stars, the moon, the sun, and our world, as well as our universe and beyond.
As you look around, you will see it goes on into infinity, never ending and always flowing.
