You Are Never Truly Alone
Many people feel alone when making decisions
And for our women's meditation tonight, as we settle in and, and find our space, Let's take a moment to welcome ourselves here.
And that greeting that we would send out to a friend when we see them, let's send ourselves that same greeting that we're here we're bringing ourselves into present time and that we're celebrating that in a world where there is always something to do that we can make a decision to prioritize taking time to be.
And as you take your next breath in, these next couple of breaths, let's invite ourselves again into present time and to Gather ourselves up from wherever we may have been today.
Whatever actions have already happened.
Whatever planning is coming next.
And on this next breath, just imagine that past and that future falling away.
And leaving this moment to moment, breath to breath, present time connection.
Take a moment to feel wherever you're seated.
You're in a chair, couch, a cushion, wherever you find yourself.
Just experiencing what it feels like to feel your body supported.
And as you sit, you may have part of your body that is telling you something.
Or you may find that you're holding tension or stress in a particular part of your body.
And I'd invite you in these next couple of breaths to breathe in.
And as you breathe out, let those shoulders drop from your earlobes.
Or that gut you've been tensing throughout the day on and off.
Just let that relax.
This next breath to just breathe in that good source light into every corner of your body, into every cell in your being.
As it comes in, the stress or tension you feel begins to melt away.
