So closing your eyes, allowing your focus to shift from the outer world to the inner one.

We're, we're doing things or we're being entertained by our phone or the TV so that there's engagement in some way.

So it's a big deal to give yourself space to disengage, to bring your focus to the inner world.

And it's your meditation sanctuary because when you're in your sixth chakra, you've pulled your attention and the focus of your awareness outside of your emotions, outside of your ego, outside of your wanting to fix everybody and to fix things, and you're just being the observer.

So being the observer, noticing what's going on in your body, noticing your thoughts, how your body feels, if you're hungry, if you're tired, if you're energetic, if you're full, if your body's comfortable in your chair.

You might imagine that with your inhale, you're calling your energy back from your day, and as you exhale, you're releasing any debris that you picked up.
