So closing your eyes, allowing your focus to shift from the outside world to the inner world.

When we're in our sixth chakra, we've pulled our attention out of our emotions, out of our ego, out of our being involved in the world to a certain extent.

And we're more able to be the observer, more able to neutrally notice what's going on in the world.

So as the observer, noticing how your body feels, noticing your mood, noticing if you're hungry or sleepy, if you're tired, maybe you're energized, noticing if you're comfortable in your chair, And we don't have to fix anything.

If you'd like it to shift into something else, with your next inhale, asking that inhale to bring in that vibration.

So vibration, it might be joy or happiness, inner peace, or anything else that comes up for you.

Quite often we don't put any attention on our breath and we Just allow it to be an automatic process.
