Coming Home- A Place Of Peace And Comfort--A Women's Meditation

Just take a moment to put your attention on your breath.

Maybe take a couple of deep breaths to begin to let go of your day.

start to make separations from the outside world as you settle into your interior world.

And if you haven't already, you can close your eyes and settle into that space behind your eyes.

We sometimes refer to it as your meditation sanctuary or the sixth chakra.

It's a place where you can find your peace, your home, your peaceful home, a sanctuary.

And from that space, just continue to call yourself back to yourself, to your home, to your sanctuary.

Throughout our days and our weeks and our years, we leave bits of ourselves out there, our energetic selves.

And we have every right, every permission to call ourselves back home to our own space.

As women, we can sometimes parcel ourselves out to others or projects or work or fun.

Meditation is a great way to gather ourselves back up, to become whole again.

to come home.

And just begin to notice as your body starts to relax and let go.

our body can begin to not have to manage absolutely anything in this moment.

There is nothing to do, to manage, to work at.

And continue to let your brain know it can come along for this energetic meditation.

It just doesn't have to do so much right now.

Thank your brain and your nervous system for carrying you through your day.

And you can just begin to start to quiet both of those pieces of you.
