S2 E3 Stop Worry (Fear Is the Block)—Trust Is the Path

**Worry Is the Block: Trusting the Journey Instead** Have you ever noticed how quickly worry can take over your thoughts? One small uncertainty can grow into a long list of "what ifs," making it feel impossible to move forward. The truth is, worry often becomes one of the biggest blocks to our personal and professional growth. In this week's podcast, Rhonda and I had a heartfelt conversation about how worry can keep us feeling stuck and prevent us from seeing the opportunities that are waiting for us. **When Worry Takes the Lead** We all experience moments of uncertainty. Whether it's starting a new job, making a big life decision, or stepping outside our comfort zone, worry has a way of convincing us that things won't work out. Rhonda shared her recent experience with her social work practicum. There were moments when uncertainty created worry about whether everything would fall into place. Like many of us, it would have been easy to focus on everything that could go wrong. Instead, she chose to trust the process. By letting go of worry and remaining open to what was unfolding, an even better opportunity presented itself—one she may not have recognized if she had stayed focused on the uncertainty. Sometimes, what feels like a setback is actually Spirit gently guiding us toward something that serves us even better. **Where Your Focus Goes, Your Energy Follows** Our thoughts are incredibly powerful. When we focus on worry, we often give our energy to problems that haven't even happened. We create stories in our minds that may never become reality. When we shift our focus toward possibility, trust, and positive outcomes, we create space for new opportunities to appear. This doesn't mean pretending challenges don't exist. It means choosing not to allow worry to control our decisions. **Trust the Journey** Rhonda and I also reflected on our own podcast journey. When we first started, it would have been easy to become consumed by download numbers, visibility, or wondering whether anyone was listening. Instead, we made a conscious decision to simply enjoy the process. We trusted that the conversations would reach the people who needed to hear them. That mindset has allowed us to stay inspired, authentic, and grateful for every listener who joins us on this journey. Sometimes the greatest blessings come when we stop worrying about the outcome and simply take the next inspired step. **Change Is Coming** We ended the episode with a collective card reading that carried a beautiful reminder. Change is on the horizon. For many people, change can create worry because it brings uncertainty. But change also brings growth, new beginnings, and opportunities we may never have imagined. Rather than resisting what's ahead, this is an invitation to prepare, remain open, and trust that you are being guided exactly where you need to be.  **A Gentle Reminder** If you've been carrying worry lately, ask yourself: - Is this worry helping me? - Am I focusing on what could go wrong instead of what could go right? - What would change if I trusted the process just a little more? Sometimes, releasing worry doesn't mean having all the answers. It simply means believing that each step will reveal itself when the time is right. Trust yourself. Trust the journey. Trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it should. Book with Tracey Banga Book with Rhonda Schaan
