Dis Down Under Episode 492 - Our Unofficial View of Disney from Australia

Some other news that dropped this week was in relation to Disney Cruise Line.

Oh, really? Yes.

And that was quite interesting because I thought it was just going to be like announcing like the home bases for the American-based ships based on the imagery that they had out there.

I did spy a little Southern Cross in the image, like the teaser image that they'd done.

But alas, you know, I was right that that was probably wishful thinking.

But it was interesting to see that there was actually an announcement for the adventure.

Right.

So as well as, so obviously they're going to have more sailings happening in more places across the US and I think there was just like a raft of things that were happening.

Sailing in New York.

That'd be cool.

Well, yeah.

Yeah.

And that whole idea of going from New York down to, I think it goes down to the Caribbean.

Right.

Or to, yeah, somewhere, maybe Bermuda.

I can't remember.

But you can also go from New York up to Canada.

Now, I reckon that would be pretty specky.

I reckon sailing out of New York would be, for me, probably almost as iconic as sailing out of sydney harbour was yeah yeah like with the statue of liberty and and everything so i think that that's

we could we could sail past and go we've been in our head yeah yeah exactly we've been in the statue of liberty's head

well yeah that's the thing so it's it's interesting that um So they've done those announcements.

But with the adventure, they are going to start from the, pardon me, I'm trying to think what date it is, the sailing on the 31st of December is going to be the first one that is going to sail on the four-night sailings.

They're going to introduce a port stop in Langkawi.

So wait a second.

Aren't we sailing on that sailing? Yeah.
