I'm trying to get my message out with my book through different ways with social media and then realizing is there something deeper that I could be doing.

And I went back to some notes that I had took even before my book was much of an idea.

And I was thinking, like, how can I combine this message with something else that I love, like music and yoga especially? And I wrote something down and I drew something as well.

I drew a pyramid based off Maslow's hierarchy of needs, but created it for yoga.

And how yoga is the vehicle, in my opinion, what's helped me to find lasting joy.

This is what people need and how my book can be the supporting foundation and framework for it.

And also because I get the impression that With changes in AI taking over so many tasks and positions, people could likely become more and more isolated.

If you've paid attention to other episodes, especially my interview with my good friend Eric Sorensen, the heart has a huge magnetic field and it is measurable and it can be felt, especially if you're by someone who's got a huge like magnetic field around their heart, right? So then I thought, what if I just started teaching yoga or tried to to find somebody to teach here locally or organize classes and a lady in my neighborhood came to me she says I keep saying that you need to teach me yoga and so I started teaching her and it's been really beneficial for her and a co-worker at the school that I work with says you need to start teaching yoga classes I will take from you so I had come in contact with an owner of an essential oils place that's here locally.

And I reached out to her and went to visit her place and saw the event rooms.

And there was a middle-sized room that seemed perfectly cute and right size.

And so I'm working on having weekly yoga classes there that people have to buy tickets for.

that aren't like out of the ballpark expensive just because that connection being in the room participating in the flows feeling the energy of the music it's different than just doing it like online or just on your phone or through an app and we need each other we need that human connection that's so i'm not sure right now what the podcast Or where the podcast fits in there.
