Rose PattonGuestCourtneyHostYou know, that reminds me of a story in the Bible that one of my friends told me about.
One of the teachers that I work at at the special ed school that I'm at told him a story.
It's a guy in the Bible who essentially tells God, give me this mountain.
It's like, if you want to do great things, you feel called to it, then you better not complain about it because you asked for it.
And now you better step into it and just go for it.
as scary as that is.
But when you look back at where you started versus where you are now, what does that refinement process, like that pressure that you were talking about as teens, because being a teenager is not easy.
It's very hard.
And do you think about the pressure that built you up to where you are? And what kind of feelings come to mind when you look at that process?

And if I didn't have the pressure that I had, I wouldn't have accomplished the things.

And I like to remind that to the people I coach or the people I work with, as when you feel pressure, be like, thank you, God, for giving me something that I'm so passionate about that I feel this pressure to finish.

Like, yeah, I'm so glad that I have the pressure on me because I know what's going to happen with this.

And even if you don't know the whole outcome, you know that something good is going to come from this.

Because when I could think about the pressure, I could think, oh, the pressure is not good.
