For Jenny, one important step was learning where she could make her greatest impact.

So I was an associate creative director and then realized I really got a lot of juice and satisfaction about doing the work.

And what's surprising about going from a making role into a leadership role is it's a totally new job.

And what I really loved about it was that you have So much ability to influence the process, which I really love.
