And Tom, you have, you know, experienced failure of sensitivity and also had moments where your future probably didn't look anything like it does today.

So, How did changing the story you were telling yourself about your life help you change your future?
Well, yes, the stories we tell ourselves are often, especially when we are young, based on what others tell us.
So when the trusted people in your environment keep on telling you Or on some occasions, maybe sometimes through frustration, you're good for nothing.
And when life gives you then some, you know, some hitbacks, you know, where you like myself, you know, at one stage I had a business selling charcuterie and cheese or a deli and that failed so then you start to associate what others say with your experience and then you start believing that story and of course if we keep that story if we keep on believing oh I'm good for nothing and look what others people do and I am nothing Or, you know, I'll never going to make it because in the past I tried to be, you know, do something better or do something, step up in a business, you know, in a professional sense, but then failed.
Well, you know, that repetitive cycle of failure being told or experiencing yourself, that of course creates an image.
And it's very difficult to get out of that vicious circle of Limiting beliefs can also be metaphors.
You never know what you're going to get, which is completely bonkers if you really think about it.
Of course, you can know what you're going to get or which chocolate you're going to get if you look on the internet and see from...
So which one I'm going to take is the one that I like and the one that I don't like, I'm giving to somebody else.
So over time, I realized that thanks to some coaching and who helped, a coach who helped me discover my limiting beliefs and question them that I was able to change my story.
And by changing my story and by changing myself, I saw how it influenced people around me.
So it's changing your story, change your future, your and our future, because we are not alone in this world.
And To come back into what happened 26 years, that's when I was actually trained as a chef.
I wanted to work on cruise ships, so I had to make sure that my English was proficient enough.
