And when I heard that, it kind of like, I don't know if I want to watch it right now.

Last, it got too, it was like year four is like the emo year.

It was too much for me.

I like the cliffhanger.

He like handed over the restaurant.

There was

a kid in high school.

I told him not to pick me up because we were supposed to go to the movies.

And he honked in front of my house.

I told him, like, I'm not going because I'm not missing the trailers or any part of the movie.

So at the end of the movie, he called me to see what I was doing.

And then he told me the end of the movie.

What

movie was it? It was Seven Pounds with Will Smith.

Okay.

So the heart, your heart or whatever leaves your body, that one? No.

Well, spoiler alert.

He gives all of his organs to a bunch of different people.

And that's what he told me.

So for the next two years, I went and saw every movie that had a spoiler, a spoiler ending, and I ruined it for him for two

years.

So, okay.

I don't like spoiler in a movie, especially like a scary movie, but with something like the bear, I totally read a whole article about it because nothing was driving me to see it.

But if I start seeing spoilers, I'm like, all right, I'm excited

now.

And I enjoy listening to people talk about things.

Cause whatever got that person excited is, builds up my anticipation during my viewing that i'm like oh the moment's coming up i feel like it's coming up like that's the that's the part that either

one of you who told me like you gotta watch this season i was like all right then i'll put it higher up on my to-do list but your to-do list is low yeah it's a long one

It's like every nightmare that a chef or restaurant owner could imagine

happens.

It's like you're walking, going down, and losing a bunch of ducks, as I

So our last episode off air, Evan was saying that from Emmett, their walking went down in that 100 degree heat wave we had.

And he had six cases of ducks dry aging, which was about $5,000, not including the labor that went into it.

And Becca just had an emergency, right? Oh, the

friar sit.

Her friars went down.

Over the holiday weekend, right? Fourth of July weekend?

Yeah, they charge $450 to come out and $500 for every hour that they work on the friar.

And she had two service calls.

It's crazy.

And she ended up getting like a backup emergency, right? A prior just to set up? Plug in?

She calls it Britney Spears because it's gone through rough times, but it gets the job done.

But that one didn't get the job done either.

So that was another

call.

Only that, but

she lost all the money from the sales and she probably... mist.

Then you got on top of it.

It's just, it's crazy.

Our

hearts go out to every restaurant owner out there that has had AC problems, fires.

Amber and Ash had a fire.

We're

going to talk about that a little bit later, but like the, the, the fact that, Shout out to everybody in the kitchens this last month so far.

It's been a hot month.

I mean, I'm telling you, downstairs in some of these restaurants, guys, it is misery on

steroids.
