I am going to try this thing next week called craniosacral therapy.

Have you guys ever heard of this? So my mom originally suggested this.

Now, we got into a fight about this in March.

Sorry, mom, going to share a little bit of it, share a little bit of drama.

You know, I have to.

But she had suggested two and a half years ago that I do this thing called craniosacral therapy because, you know, she's very into the natural way.

And I'm a little bit more like my father, unfortunately, where I like Western medicine.

I do like Eastern medicine, too, but I just give me some medicine.

Give me a quick fix, which I have learned is not the right way.

So this was a humongous learning experience for me.

Oh, before I forget, this was also a very good learning experience for me too, because first of all, the first time that I ever got Invisalign, I actually really liked my smile a lot more because I didn't realize that my teeth were actually kind of really far up and a I also think with social media and stuff like we just look at ourselves a lot more than we ever used to.

I never ever saw an issue with my teeth prior to my first round.

And I got my second round and I loved my smile.

My teeth looked amazing.

But I still had the edge to edge bite.

The dentist that I went to did not fix it.

Guys, go to an orthodontist.

OK, I've learned this mistake.

I've learned this mistake over and over and over again.

But I think this is a good learning experience because this time around, I really don't like the way it kind of changed my smile, especially last year.

My teeth were really pulled down.

You could see my gums.

They were crooked.
