Welcome back to another episode of Day Zero with Foundit and today we're joined with one of our newest partners and big appointment which is Tracy McMillan who joins us with Andrew as a team, a super team in the Stonington and Boroondara specialising as a local market expert.

Coming on as a shareholder and as a partner, Tracy's had a wealth of experience not just in property but also in business in general having started some other businesses which we're going to get into in a minute.

Trace before we do get into I just firstly wanted to say thank you we feel incredibly privileged to have you on board and thank you for making the decision and the leap to come and entrust us and go into business together.

Thanks Angus well I'm just as excited and the last couple of months as I've been you know slowly transitioning into you know establishing my position with Founded and Working with you guys, it just gets more exciting looking at what the future

is going to hold.

It is, and it's been an exciting journey.

Even as the last few months as you've joined, there's more people joining.

There's a buzz around it.

People are excited.

We're doing something different and unique that the market really hasn't seen before.

It's a really interesting combination of experience of people such as yourself, but also bringing technology and research into play.
