You say mindset work alone may not be enough, and, and I, I absolutely believe that.

I am a mindset and happiness coach, but I also know you can't just wake up, say an affirmation, and all your worries are gone.

So talk us a little bit into, you know, the subconscious, and the beliefs, and how they sabotage our strongest intentions, and mindset not being enough.

It, it's kind of like where it moves from generic self-help, uh, in, and, and, like, kind of just thinking positive into the other stuff.

But if the nervous system and the subconscious can't come along for the ride-

... then people often end up frustrated, and even more frustrated a lot of times because as they get more intellectually aware of things, they have more labels and names for things, and ways to describe what's going on, and they still can't move through it, the, the frustration becomes next level because you have a deeper understanding and the same stuckness.

So for example, a, a woman could fully understand that she deserves rest.

You know, you deserve to be able to replenish yourself and, uh, you know, rejuvenate and, you know, all those kind of restorative things, maybe even reciting some affirmations or something like that, and she can really believe that everybody deserves rest.

But the second that she sits down, [laughs] her body might feel anxious, and guilty, and restless, okay?
