You simply have to get off the farm and that's the hardest thing you'll ever say to a farmer.

Well, then you start thinking, okay, because if you don't have those breaks, those regular breaks, even if it's just a two hours or three hours or whatever regularly scheduled away from the farm, uh, it just gets worse.

There's only one solution and that is to, we have to have either a good breakaway or even, dare I say it, go and speak with somebody about it to find out ways of managing the overthinking.
