Yeah, so maybe I- I'm gonna save most of the reflection that I wanted to give this morning for tomorrow, I think, given that we've got, uh, uh, less time today.
Yeah, it's, it's just, uh, interesting to be with the experience of, you know, things not going according to plan, and what's it like to meet the unexpected in something, uh, fairly innocuous, like not being able to join a session on...
Um, for me, it's interesting how that being thrown these curveballs, actually, in a way, it, it's another great invitation to unstick, uh, to, um, this expecting of the unexpected, or it's a kind of strange idea, isn't it? Expecting the unexpected.
It maybe frustrates something momentarily, and then it frees something up because suddenly there's this don't know space.
We don't know whether the meditation's happening this morning or not, whether we're gonna join the session.
And so it can be quite a gift, in a way, to be put into that space of, space of not knowing.
