Hold onto your hats because this week’s episode of *DadAndCompanyPod* is pure, unadulterated chaos from start to finish! We’re breaking down everything from the latest political missteps by the Trump…
My dingus of the week is the U.S. Department of Interior's Interior's Bureau of Land Management.
That's a very long thing to say.
And the reason why I said that particular... bureau is a department of a bureau okay um they leased nearly 3 000 acres of wayne national forest the only national forest in the state of ohio to oil and gas companies to be drilled and whatever else they want to do for oil and gas is our only national forest
And I
just think it's a bit ridiculous.
And they, like, the whole thing, like, gave them $11 million.
And they still have to go through other steps because there's trees and animals and stuff that are protected species on that land.
But they have to go through the same Bureau of Land Management that gave them the land to get the permits to drill.
That
seems...
Conflicty.
The highest bid was $10,000 per acre.
$10,000 an acre? Mm-hmm.
I want to pay $10,000 an acre for land.
But,
yeah.
Because now it will be privately owned.
They can drill for minerals, oils.
They just got to apply for their permits
for it.
So they're selling the land.
They're selling the mineral rights.
They're selling everything for $10,000.
That is fucking wild.
