And we've recently conducted a survey of over three hundred marketing and operations leaders across different industries, and we found that ninety-nine percent of business leaders agree that omni-channel communication is indeed a strategic priority.

But when you're looking at the results, we're seeing that only forty-three percent of organizations have expanded beyond basic email and SMS.

And although there is near unanimous intent, um, the actual execution is stalling.

So why? Why is that happening? We're finding that eighty percent of companies identified a lack of unified omni-channel functionality as their primary barrier to a- adopting new channels.

And sixty percent cite that the-- their systems are not supporting what their customers want.

So there really is a gap that's causing a major disconnect, um, in terms of supplying their customers with the right information on the right channel.
