Yeah, no, I was so glad we got the terrific Justin Reichliffs on because several of us, again, I know, thankfully our show is moving beyond geographical boundaries, which is great, but we do happen to be located here in the greater Kansas City area, and, and Justin was the keynote speaker at the terrific KCIBC Business Communicators Summit just really only four or five weeks ago as we record this, and just really captivated the, I think it was the lunchtime keynote, with his presentation on his philosophy.

His philosophy is kind of give a damn, the catalyst for caring companies, and really emphasizes, I think, a lot of the things that we've talked about on the show before, right? So clarity, connection, creativity obviously, and branding.

So you could just tell under the surface, right, that marketing word, he understands it, right? But he, he wa- he's looking for something deeper, which I think is what's really so cool about him.

Uh, like I said, we, we've got, we go way back, but he really does practice what he preaches.

So he's a good follow on LinkedIn, especially if you're someone who's wanting to lead well, lead a team well, build something well.

He writes a lot about how he leads his team, and so the things that he teaches, I think from his book, and just when he goes into work with clients, I think that's something he really, really, really tries to live out himself, so I think that's good.

But the thing I kept hearing him say was that people ask him and his team to come in to help them tell their story.

And if you work in marketing, like, and if you're listening to this, you probably do, you work in marketing communications, you know that at the heart of what you're really trying to do is tell a story.
