Well, there's a ton of stuff, and it's a little difficult to, uh, to, to, to pick this week, but I think Carnival.
Well, listen, we don't love to report the, uh, you know, the, the ne'er-do-wells in this type of thing, but people not able to keep their hands to themselves while whatever that you do in a, uh, guest services line on day, your last day of your cruise.
And we, it was funny, Tony, 'cause we just talked about this a couple of weeks ago with me being online and wondering if the actual guest services line for, you know, regular gold or, or, uh, or, or, or, or, or below, red, blue cards.
We were talking about whether or not that line was moving quickly or not, quicker than the platinum and, or, or, uh, diamond line.
But in this situation, somebody was in the wrong line, or at least being accused of that, and somebody was...
You say, "Hey, you're not supposed to be here." And that person would have none of it, so they were gonna try to, you know, basically have a standoff, but then that wasn't received well by the other person, so then there was a slap.
This happened back in March, and really the only reason we know about it is because the FBI has released the interview, uh, transcripts.
So that means this thing went so far sideways that these two ladies that are in a guest services line on the Carnival Spirit are now intertwined with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Like, the J. Edgar Hoover boys are trying to figure out why people are slapping each other at guest services.
Y- you know, this did happen on the, you know, last day of the cruise, so, uh, of course, immediately I'm jumping to w- were they down there removing their gratuities? Like, is this one of those things that was on top of everything? And then, you know, Carnival, they, they're having a, they're having a little bit of a challenging time.
So, you know, one of the big selling points for their loyalty program is that, you know, if you get to a certain level of loyalty, you're gonna have the regular customer service line for all the plebs, all the blue cards, all the people that, you know, don't really rank, and then you're gonna have the special golden line for the people that are diamond and platinum.
Now, what we've seen since the, uh, you know, Carnival loyalty program has been disintegrating is that on a lot of these sailings, they're sending out letters saying, "Hey, there's too many platinum cruisers, and so hence therefore and ergo, you're not going to even have a special line." But apparently, back in March, they did have the special line on the Carnival Spirit.
