In this episode of Crime Bit with Danielle Hallan, the disappearance of 15-year-old Sierra LaMar on her way to school becomes a murder investigation without a body. What starts with a missed bus, a phone found in a field, and her bag containing the clothes she wore that morning quickly becomes DNA evidence linking a local man, surveillance placing him in the area, evidence recovered from his Volkswagen, and connections to three earlier attempted abductions. A jury ultimately convicts him of murder, but years of searches have still not brought Sierra home.
