But I think that a lot of times the space is being approached from a place of there's something wrong with you.

It's very much about optimization, about doing all the right things, about fixing, fixing, fixing.

And I think what gets lost is that there is nothing to fix, right? There's nothing wrong with us.

And I felt like it was worth having this conversation to tease apart the subtlety of what I think spirituality actually is.

to deepening an authentic relationship with yourself and understanding where you are in the greater whole of this ecosystem that we all live in in this universe.

For me, when I feel into the energy of these spaces, I think spirituality can feel very expansive because it's a pathway to understanding yourself and understanding where you are in the greater cosmos and reality of things versus in some other spaces, it feels constrictive and it can feel almost triggering because there is so much about things to do to fix yourself and to become this other version of yourself.

And it feels almost like this constant barrage of content that is telling us how we are insufficient, that we're not good enough.

It's going to take the way you sleep, all the wellness rituals you should do, all the things you should be doing or should not be doing.

When I hear that kind of stuff, I don't know about you, but for me, it feels like a tightening and it feels like, oh my God, there is so much that I need to be doing that I'm not doing.
