Do you think that creativity could be implemented in curing people or at least helping people with mental health struggles like depression, anxiety? What has your experience been with you or with people you know?
You know, because with drumming, I think, first of all, it helps focus the mind and it helps calm the mind.
Because it's one of those things where your body is just naturally, you know, into this motor skill and coupled with the emotion of playing a great groove.
And Mike was my, again, my good friend, Alex Cohen, who is phenomenal drummer.
And, and, you know, focused it because his mind immediately is able to kind of rewire, play all these incredible things.

And crazy enough, you know, him coming through that has, you know, unlocked a whole other level of incredible ability.
So I, you know, I, I, music is definitely, I think can cure so many, especially if you're presenting it to a young child who maybe does have some form of autism and it immediately focuses their minds and gives them something to channel that energy.
