Uh, when you compare the cost, anywhere between 35 and $200, depending on the quality, there's just no reason that anyone should be driving without a dash cam, uh, in this day and age.

First thing it's gonna do, and most valuable, it is going to provide undeniable proof of exactly how the wreck occurred.

As we all know, after a wreck, many people will state either what they believe their version of the wreck and its occurrence, or fictitiously make up a version of how that wreck occurred.

There are many accidents out here that are caused on purpose, and a dash cam is obviously going to catch that, uh, in its occurrence and prevent you from being subject to that fraud.

We want every chance possible to catch any identifying information for a vehicle that is fleeing the scene of a wreck.

This would be against road rage while on the road, and there are some models of vehicles that record, I think Teslas do this, they record when the car is parked in a parking lot and unoccupied, but if that vehicle is tampered with, then the recordings start.

And of course, it's gonna give you peace of mind while you're driving, knowing that not only your actions, but the actions of everyone else, is being documented.

Georgia Code 40-8-7, uh, they're legal as long as they do not obstruct the driver's view.

The next thing they're gonna do is provide some context for the injury that you sustained.

Uh, it can tell, to some degree, how serious the impact was, but also movement of your body and any occupant of the vehicle.

What did the body do inside the compartment of the car? It will obviously counter any kind of false accusations that anyone else is making and provide us clear evidence of exactly how the wreck occurred.

Uh, are dash cam footage, uh, is that, uh, ad- admissible in courts? Absolutely, yes.

In Georgia courts, uh, they are admissible, uh, as long as they're relevant, as long as they are clear and have clarity, and as long as they are authenticated, meaning, uh, we know the video is accurate and has not been tampered with.

Again, for the cost of these dash cams versus, uh, what it can do to protect you, uh, the answer is absolutely.

If your car that you've purchased doesn't come with any type of forward-facing or rear-facing camera, they're very easy to purchase, very easy to install.

I think everyone should get one in order to protect themselves in this day and age.
