Corks Sports Sunday 01/11 Uibhlaoire's Ian Jones post match v Kiskeam

That's it, that's it, it's a pinch me moment really, unbelievable, unbelievable really.

An incredible opening 25 minutes for you, you had nailed three goals.

Yeah, it kind of went downhill then from there for me, missed about five goals so we'll take the three.

Obviously, everything went right.

You came out of the traps like a train.

Yeah, we've done that now in every game.

We've come out firing the first 20 minutes.

That's down to the lads for getting us ready.

You start as you mean to go on, really.

But I suppose you would have been a bit disappointed coming up to half-time.

I think they got seven unanswered points.

To be fair, there were some unbelievable points.

You can only do so much when they're shooting like that.

They were shooting unbelievably the whole game.

I don't know how many two-pointers they got, but to be fair to them, their shooting was unbelievable.

I

think the answer was six at one stage.

You were, what, 3.10 to 13 ahead at half-time.

I presume the message from the management was continue doing what you're doing.

Yeah, exactly that.

Stay calm.

Keep doing what we were doing.

We knew they were going to get a patch where they would score.

It was just about how we responded and I think we did respond to be fair.

You joked a while ago that things went downhill after getting the three goals.
