Corks Sports Sunday 01/11 Uibhlaoire manager John McNulty post match v Kiskeam

I am, Michael, very proud of everybody, the players, everybody who's been working with this team, not just this year, but over the last couple of years.

Delighted for everyone, the club, all the supporters.

They've put so much into it, like, you know, so thrilled.

The fact that it was a cracking game of football from start to finish, I suppose, makes the win all the more special.

It does in the finish, Michael, but at times, you know, some of those game scorers, you'd have to admire them.

They were fantastic, but they were put under a lot of pressure.

But, you know, there were some brilliant football played at times, so good advertisement for football as well and we're very much delighted to come

out the right side of it He would have been planning what might have happened in the game 3-10 to 6 up after 25 minutes one man gets a hat-trick it couldn't have been any better than that

No, no, it was incredibly, you know, a fantastic start, a dream start in a way.

Like, you know, when you get that type of scoreline, you're kind of pinching yourself.

But when it's early on in the game, you know, inevitably the tide is going to turn a little bit.

Like, you're not going to continue on at that pace and with that type of scoreline for too long during the game.

So, you know, we're expecting the Kish game at Raleigh and they didn't, they came back at us.

Yeah, it was the wake-up call before halftime when they rattled off seven

unanswered points.

Yeah, I mean, that was it.

And they were just, they were kicking them at their ease.

And I'd say their conversion in the first half was way up there.

They seemed to miss absolutely nothing.

And they were kicking two-pointers for fun.

So, you know, and that's kind of a big part of their game.

They've got some serious shooters from out wide, from out around the arc.

And they really converted really well there in that spell, you

know.

They got five two-pointers in the second half.
