So what does this tell me? I mean, outside of like an injury, like a car accident or, you know, some kind of physical injury, Sometimes this pain that can manifest is our emotions buried so deep.

Now, why does our body do this? Well, the theory is that It's not safe to feel and express emotions.

So I mean, if you think about the emotions I had, I had guilt, shame, fear, anxiety.

And I look back now when I happened to me when I was 25 when my mom was dying of cancer It was another time where I had no injury of any You know that I could attribute to this pain the pain I can't tell you the pain that I had when my mom was dying So she was diagnosed with stomach cancer and I had this back pain.

I could not walk I remember shuffling down the stairs to go to a massage to try to get some kind of relief and I Again, where did this pain come from? Well, I think it was this fear.

All I could do was drink or... you know, eat or do whatever, there was hardly any expression of my true feeling, being fully vulnerable and really tuning into how I felt.

That has taken me a very long time to actually get to this space where I can feel.
