You know, throughout my 40s, I had realized that, you know, I wasn't really happy with the way I was starting to look in my mid 40s.

Of course, it had nothing to do with me, right? I was, you know, we all dismissed that maybe we're not as active and maybe we're not paying attention to, you know, how we eat because our bodies used to be so forgiving.

I was a couple glasses of wine every night with dinner kind of guy, eating your typical American diet.

And, you know, I, so there wasn't a light bulb moment that I needed to transform.

And then at some point I sort of came up with this method that finally made it all stick for me, that finally made it work.
