Scott KelleyGuestBut what I've noticed over years of working with a lot of you in this industry is if we just rely on hero tactics all the time and constant firefighting, it's like so-and-so's got it, they're gonna make it happen.
Or if you're the owner doing a lot of this, like I have to step in and always make this happen, chances are this isn't super scalable of a business you have, right? And this is where a lot of the tension lies, where it's like the systems are actually broken, causing us to constantly have to rely on hero tactics.
What is really shifting right now is the customers demanding what I would call, like, the Amazon experience.
You know what I mean? They're like, "Well, Amazon gets it to me in a day with no issues.
Why can't you build my house in the same way?" [laughs] It's like, well, maybe they're a little different.
But, like, the reality is that is where we're going, and we have to evolve and adapt to this, because this is what the industry is asking of all of us.
