Um, and somebody brought it up to me, um, a couple of weeks ago while I was in Vegas.

So the idea is if you think about customer service, and by customer service I'm gonna, I'm gonna exclude self-service.

The idea is sort of like, well, maybe companies should just charge for it, you know.

So for whatever reason, all the companies have gotten together and decided like giving us kinda that level of service is too expensive.

And for the purposes of this conversation, this is an idea I was toying around with years ago and I, and I put it in the book.
