Steve Farber is the Founder and CEO of The Extreme Leadership Institute. Steve Farber started out wanting to be a working musician, then ran his own company in the commodities futures business, where he found he was an entrepreneur but hated the work. In the late 1980s he turned to training and development, became Vice President at the Tom Peters Company, and has now spent 35 years in leadership development, 26 of them with his own company. He is the author of The Radical Leap, Greater Than Yourself and Love Is Just Damn Good Business, and his sixth book, The Radical Promise: Mastering the Art of Doing What You Say You Will Do, is co-authored with his mentors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner.
