Even things like work-life balance.
There are a lot of stigmas out there in the industry that I think we need to overcome.
And hopefully this platform can be that for everybody.
We like to do a few things on this podcast.
We like to, number one, bring people in to talk about what they do and share their stories.
That's what we're going to do here today.
In other cases, I like to just go solo and go on a riff and tell you either things that I'm going through on my job sites or in my life or what I went through in my career to get to my, you know, the place that I'm at in my career.
Or, you know, give you the tools and give you the keys, you know, to all the secrets in the industry to help you elevate your game faster.
I started out in the trades.
I started out digging holes and scrubbing toilets on job sites and things like that.
But I have made my way quickly into project management where I've pretty much, you know, hit every rung in the ladder all the way up and I've hit my head on every rung on the way up.
You know, now I'm sitting in a director level position at one of the largest GCs in the country.
So that's my area of expertise.
And I know enough about all of the trades to talk about them.
And that's why I like to have these conversations with people.
And that's why I get excited to talk to people like Jesse, who is.
