But one of the things I want to touch on was, you know, I've read some of your work and some of the things online and things, and you often say that leadership is not a title, it's a daily decision.

I mean, you can get hired as a leader, but that doesn't mean that you're effective, right? Anybody can have a title.

It's intentional effort, right? That's my leadership kind of pillar, if you will.

As a man, as a husband, as a father, as a coach, as a leader, you have a choice.

I'm going to do the right thing and have good integrity and take care of people and put people first or I'm not.

And I'm going to play in that gray area or just that dark area where I'm doing things deliberately wrong.

It takes, you know, you've seen the memes, right? A leader is pulling the whole crowd, you know, a boss is pulling the whole crowd.

So, you know, I'm a firm believer in my time in the Navy taught me that leadership is understanding your people.

Whether you're a coach and it's understanding your player, whether you're a business owner and it's understanding, you know, the people that are working for you, your clients, all of these different little branches of the tree.

You as the leader, the person that is saying, I'm building this or I'm in charge of this or I'm guiding this.

You have to have knowledge, understanding, humility of your people, of your processes, of where you're going, right? I know, Connor, you've heard the term fake it till you make it, right? That is not leadership.

That is kicking the curb down the street and hoping no one finds out that, you know, you're not doing the right thing, right? And leadership can happen at any point.

You know, Navy bootcamp teaches you that somebody's got to lead that march left, right, left from the day you get there.
