Designing Before Digging: Boca Tech’s Innovative Smart Home Pitch

We've been in this building since 2014.

We own the building and the acre of land that it's on, which has helped us a lot because we've been able to make a lot of investments into our showroom that you know, in our previous showrooms, you'd leave them behind, right? So we're now full Catra certified showroom.

We are a Control 4 certified showroom.

We've got shades on display.

We've got landscape lighting on display.

We've got pretty much anything.

If you walk into our showroom, you'll see a reference theater.

We've got vignettes because we sell a bunch of different products that we manufacture ourselves as well as obviously typical typical integration work where we're bringing in products and assembling them into what we would call a vignette, like rooms to go on steroids kind of thing.

We actually also sell furniture.

Believe it or not, we started, you know, like everybody, hey, we need something to sit on in the theater.

And then that kind of evolved over the years into media rooms.

And then like, why not an office chair? Like, why are we stuck? So, no,

I love that background because it gives a little you can almost tell you're planting the seeds for where the conversation is going.

And, you know, it's like I have to.

A lot you can pull from your previous two chapters, the previous two versions for this latest upgrade on Jeff and who you are and what the business is today.

That's a big transition.
