But before we dive into your work, can I give listeners just a glimpse of Beth behind the bio and ask you, if we were sitting together over coffee and I asked you what lights you up outside of your work, what would come to your mind first? What would you want to share about what just brings you joy?

What brings me joy right now is being outside, soaking in the sun, walking on a trail with my dog, and just being away from screens, away from technology for a little while.

I know that's how we're talking right now, and it's so wonderful, but yet to just get away from that.

It's a full sensory experience, and it's the best way I know to be fully present and totally lit up.
It is so important to reset our bodies and move, and we don't realize what a gift that is when we do, as you say, sit still and we're in front of computers and on phones all the time.
And I'm grateful because that's exactly how you and I could have this conversation.
[laughs] But there's also a beauty in the old-fashioned way of doing those podcasts when people used to meet in person, so.
