I think that this is a really tough thing, and I just hit a wall, and it's been four years that something came up, You know how that keeps happening.

And I realized that maybe there are parts of things that I haven't grieved properly because there's so much connected.

Where did this come from? Is this mine? Is it something that my parent had said to me? And do I still believe that? And all of those things.

So one of the things you can do is to make a timeline, go back to your earliest childhood and think about what did you learn? And sometimes we, we kind of, I kind of get clients started by saying, I draw a blueprint of your house, you know, and where the rooms are and everything.

And then we go around each room and what did you learn in this room? And how helpful is that? Or, you know, is that something you want to? So those things really help get started.

And, you know, look at all the different pieces in your life and pick out, you know, this fed my soul.
