Like if you get one shot in, then you get the other in, then you get the other in, and you're on a roll.
How can you keep up the momentum? Now that you've got here and now we've done all this fantastic work, you're feeling confident, you're looking ahead, you're taking action.
How can we keep up that momentum? Coming back to the idea of success breeds success.
Let's imagine, for example, you give a presentation in English and it goes quite well.
Maybe you forgot something or whatever, but overall you left the meeting thinking, okay, that was quite good.
So the next time somebody asks you to present, you've got that experience, you've got that evidence locked in there.
And maybe you think, well, I probably don't need to prepare as much as last time.
So then when your boss asks you, OK, Anna, could you actually present this to the board next week? Rather than immediately turning down the offer like, oh, no, no, I don't think I'm ready.
You might have some setbacks along the way and it can certainly go in the opposite direction.
